PARADISE, Chapter 1

Now there is a word to start a chapter off with! What is paradise and if it is real how do I get there? Or am I already there but do not know it?

Paradise a noun defined as:

1.     The garden of Eden

2.     A place or state of bliss a region or condition of supreme felicity or delight

3.     Heaven

I will take any of those definitions how about you? Read on reader read on!

Rabbi Sha’ul said in 2 Corinthians 12:1-7

I have to boast. Though there is nothing to be gained by it, but I will go onto visions and revelations of the L-rd.I know a man in union with the Messiah who fourteen years ago was snatched up to the third heaven; whether he was in the body or outside the body I do not know, G-d knows.

And I know that such a man whether in the body or apart from the body I do not know,G-d knows.was snatched into the Gan-Eden and heard things that cannot be put into words, things unlawful for a human being to utter.

About such a man I will boast; but about my self I will not boast, except in regard to weaknesses. If I did want to boast, I would not be foolish; because I would be speaking the truth. But because of the extraordinary greatness of revelations, I refrain, so that no one will think more of me than what my words or deeds may warrant. Therefore to keep me from becoming overly proud, I was given a thorn in the flesh, a messenger from the adversary to pound away at me, so that I would not grow conceited.

What is Rabbi Sha’ul talking about, has this ever happen anywhere else in the bible?

Ezekiel 1:1

Now it came to pass in the thirtieth year, in the fourth month, in the fifth day of the month, as I was among the captives by the river Cheber, that the heavens were opened, and I saw visions of G-d.

8:1&3

And it came to pass in the sixth year, in the fifth date of the month, as I sat in mine house, and the elders of Yudah sat before me, that the hand of the lord G-d fell there upon me.

And he put there a form of a hand, and took me by the lock of mine head; and the spirit lifted me up between the earth and the heaven, and brought me in the visions of G-d

Revelation1: 9-10

I, Yochanan, am a brother of yours and a fellow-sharer in the suffering, kingship and perseverance that come from being united with Yeshua.

I had been exiled to the island called Patmos for having proclaimed the message of G-d and borne witness to Yeshua.I came to be in the Spirit on the Day of the L-rd.

So there is scripture to support entering into the reality of G-d, and since there is then I can go to, since G-d is no respecter of persons (Acts 10:34).

What happened to these three men?

Ezekiel vision’s still not understood by the general public, Yochanan was on an island, Sha’ul got a messenger from the Adversary to pound away at him.

Is there any out there that would still like to go? And for those who are still ready to go let me give you the most famous of all stories about four Rabbis who decided to go! Chagigah 14a

Four men entered the Garden namely Ben Azzai, Ben Zoma, Acher, and Rabbi Akiva.

Rabbi Akiva said to them”When we arrive at the stone of pure marble, do not say, water, water…

Ben Azzai looked and died .Of him, scripture says”Precious in the sight of the L-ord is the death of his saints (Psalm116: 14). Ben Zoma looked and became demented. Of him Scripture says,”Have you found honey? Eat as much is sufficient for you lest you be filled and vomit”(Proverbs 25:16). Acher uprooted the shoots, he became an apostate. Rabbi Akiva departed unhurt but declared Bar Kochba the Messiah.

Ben Azzai failed because he only used his mind. The rabbis tell us that his desire for G-d was so strong that he gave up his body so that his spirit remained with G-d.Ben Zoma did not have a strong enough mind to deal with what he found. As too much honey causes vomiting, he could not deal with the revelation. Acher was so confused by the experience that he turned away from Judaism and was named the other he was originally called; Ben Abuyah.Only Rabbi Akiva was totally ready spirit, soul and body.

Are you sure you are ready for this experience with G-d?

What do you have to lose if you are ready like Rabbi Akiva?

Let’s enter Paradise together, no one should go alone unless they are sure, are you sure?

Let’s go! Wait! Before we can go we must prepared how to think like a Jewish person! If you are going to be with the Jewish Messiah you have to think like him? Right! Of course right!

What I mean is, you have been looking at Yeshua though your eyes, it is now time to look at him through his eyes. There are some areas that we have to look at before you will be able to enter, I call this Pre-Kabbalah.

Prophesying

Three fold truths

Four levels of interpretation

Seven Feasts of the L-rd

What do you mean Yochanan, I have been looking through Gentile eyes or traditional Messianic teaching for over 2,000 years. That is why nothing has changed since the time of Messiah. If you like what is going on in your church or congregation then keep doing what you have been doing and nothing will change!

What I mean is if the first century Kehillah turned the world upside down (Acts17: 6), then we must turn it right side up. I never heard anything like that. Well then why did you buy this book? Only to hear what others have spoken or do you want to take a taste of the New Wine that the Tanakh talks about. Everybody is talking about the New Wine but the majority of the body of Messiah has now idea what it is .Let us see what the Brit Hadasha has to say about it.

Acts2: 16-18

But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel: And it will come to pass in the last days saith G-d, I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh: (that means the whole Body of Messiah) and your sons and daughters will prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams (young men need visions to fulfill in their lives while old men need dreams because they relate them to the Body when they get old): And on my servants and handmaidens I will pour put in those days of my Spirit;and they shall prophesy.

How many times did Yoel/Shim’on Kefa mention tongues? You see tongues happened first and then prophecy came next. Azusa Street happened in the 1900’s but this is the New Millennium .How many times is prophesying mentioned? Twice, did you get a clue yet, if not let me write it out plain for you. YOU NEED TO PROPHESY!

Rabbi Sha’ul said: 1 Corinthians14

However, keep on eagerly seeking the things of the Spirit; and especially seek to be able toprophesy .For someone speaking in a tongue is not speaking to people but to G-d, because no one can understand, since he is uttering mysteries in the power of the Spirit. But someone prophesying is speaking to people, edifying, encouraging and comforting them (if prophets are not doing the above but judging, condemning, accusing the brethren they are Old testament type of prophets and they need to come into the Brit Chadashah).A person speaking in a tongue does edify himself, but a person who prophesying edifies the Kehilat .I wish you would all speak in tongues, but even more I wish you all would prophesy. The person who prophesies is greater than the person who speaks in tounges, unless someone gives an interpitation,so that the Kehilat can be edified….I thank G-d that I speak in tongues more than all of you,but in a congregation meeting I would say five words with my mind in order to instruct others than ten thousand words in a tongue.

You need to prophesy, if you can help introduce your Kehilat to this, fine there a lot of ministries out there that can help you .The main point is before the end of the end prophesy will be brought back in a stronger way than the times of the Shaliachim
